to be brave enough to ask for help when you're stuck. Asking questions in class often comes with a lot of nervousness and embarrassment, but I honestly think it's worth it if it means I'll do better on an exam. If raising your hand in a big class is too intimidating, there are often lots of other ways to get the answers I need!
seriously considered a career in music before I decided to go the science route. I always thought that music and science are so different from each other, but I've actually met a lot of people that are passionate about both!
