TutorLyft is rapidly growing across Canada, with the bulk of our tutors located in Ontario and British Columbia. All our tutors have the capability to assist clients residing anywhere in Canada's provinces and territories, as well as around the world.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session.

Here's how our cancellation policy works:

• 24 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

• Less Than 24 Hours: If you find yourself needing to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, please be aware that failing to show up or canceling within this time frame will result in a full charge for the appointment. However, we do handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. While we can't guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a solution that is fair for both you and the tutor.
